- Product Information: Details about sales products you track, including pricing and role assignments
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider for subscriptions
- Communications: Messages you send to support or through the AI coaching feature

3.1 Within Organizations
If you are part of an organization on Vyiora, your sales activity and performance data may be visible to organization administrators based on the access controls they configure. This includes:
- Activity logs and call records
- Performance metrics and conversion rates
- Revenue and collection data
3.2 Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service:
- Hosting: Cloud infrastructure providers
- Payments: Payment processing services
- Analytics: Product analytics services
- AI Services: AI model providers for generating insights and coaching
Service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. AI Features and Your Data
Vyiora uses AI to provide insights, coaching, and analytics. Here's how your data is handled:
- Your sales data is sent to third-party AI providers to generate insights and coaching. These providers do not retain your data after processing and do not use it for model training.
- AI coach conversations are stored on our servers to provide continuity. You may delete individual conversations at any time.
- The AI may generate short coaching notes (e.g., performance patterns) to improve advice across sessions. These notes do not contain third-party personal information and are deleted when you delete your account.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Secure password hashing
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication measures
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
6.1 Retention Periods
- Active Accounts: All data is retained throughout your subscription, including sales activity, analytics, AI coach conversations, and coaching memory notes.
- Cancelled Subscriptions: If your subscription is cancelled, your data remains accessible for as long as your account exists. You may resubscribe at any time. To permanently remove your data, use the account deletion feature in your settings.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged for deletion. We will send a notice to your registered email at least 30 days before any deletion occurs, giving you the opportunity to log in and preserve your account.
- AI Coaching Notes: Coaching memory notes automatically expire after 90 days of inactivity to maintain relevance.
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
6.2 Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All sales activity data and call-by-call event logs
- Sales products and associated analytics
- AI coach conversation history and coaching memory notes
- Organization memberships (your data is removed; the organization itself is not affected)
- Payment information and Stripe billing records
- Login history and authentication credentials
We recommend requesting a copy of your data before deleting your account, as this action cannot be undone.
